Turkey extradites Serb war crime suspect
Dusko Dabetic, a Serb sought by officials in Bosnia and Herzegovina for alleged war crimes committed during the Bosnian War, has been extradited by Turkey.
Dabetic arrived in Sarajevo at 7:31 p.n. local time on April 17 aboard a Turkish Airlines scheduled flight accompanied by two Bosnian police officers.

Another Serb monastery defaced with graffiti
ORAHOVAC -- Unidentified perpetrators wrote graffiti reading "KLA" (Kosovo Liberation Army) and "Kosovo" in the yard of the Sebian Orthodox Monastery in Zociste, in Kosovo.
The Diocese of Raska and Prizren of the Serbian Orthodox Church qualified this as "a new provocation."

ORAHOVAC - Unidentified perpetrators have daubed graffiti reading "KLA" (Kosovo Liberation Army) and "Kosovo" within the courtyard of the Sveti Vracci (Holy Healers) Monastery in Zocciste, western Kosovo-Metohija, and the Diocese of Raska and Prizren of the Serbian Orthodox Church qualified this as a new provocation.

Russia To Send Fourth “Humanitarian Aid” Convoy In Eastern Ukraine
Russia is sending a fourth "humanitarian aid" convoy to rebel eastern Ukrainian regions of Donetsk and Luhansk, reports RBK.
According to an announcement of Russia's Ministry of Civil Defence the 50-truck column with humanitarian aid for the Donetsk and Luhansk population will leave for Ukraine on Tuesday.
Russia to submit UN Security Council draft resolution on Ukraine 'aid corridor': Lavrov
Russia will on Monday submit a draft resolution to the United Nations Security Council on creating a corridor to allow Ukrainians to escape areas affected by fighting, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said.
"Russia today plans to submit a draft resolution to the UN Security Council," Lavrov said at a televised news conference.
