BELGRADE - Head of the Serbian government Office for Kosovo-Metohija (KiM) Marko Djuric said Wednesday that he expects extention of the 30-day deadline set for the presentation of defense of Oliver Ivanovic and other defendants, and reiterated that Serbia requests that the defendants be granted pre-trial release and ensured a fair trial.

KOSOVSKA MITROVICA - An indictment by the Kosovo Special Prosecutor's Office against five Serbs lists a war crime committed during the war in Kosovo, in April 1999, and aggravated murder of ethnic Albanians in February 2000.

The accused pleaded not guilty on all counts at the first hearing on Tuesday.

Kosovo: 3 arrested on terrorism charges

PRIŠTINA -- Three terrorism suspects were arrested on Thursday in the town of Đeneral Janković in southeastern Kosovo.

The prosecutor ordered 48-hour detention for the suspects, I.B. (25) and J.K. (22) from Kačanik, and S.T. (30) from Đeneral Janković.

KOSOVSKA MITROVICA - The EULEX police arrested employee of the Post Serbia Nebojsa Vujacic, 48, from Kosovska Mitrovica, in northern Kosovo, on suspicion that he committed the criminal acts of murder, attempted murder and infliction of grave wounds.
