Vuhledar on the Brink: Ukrainian Defenders Face Encirclement by Russian Forces
Russian forces have reportedly partially encircled the town of Vuhledar in the Donetsk region, according to Colonel Vladyslav Seleznyov, former head of the press service of Ukraine's Armed Forces General Staff. He told Kyiv Post that Russian troops have moved into areas with multi-story buildings, and he predicts the town could fall within days.

BNR: Bulgarian Ministry of Defense Launches Drone Delivery Tender
Sources from the Bulgarian Ministry of Defense have reported that a tender for the delivery of drones for the army was announced in the last days of 2019. The value of the contract would be about 13 million euros. 150 Romanian troops participate in Saber Junction 19 exercise in Germany
