Serbia: Prepaid SIM card owners will have to register with ID
Serbia's new law on electronic communications, that is currently being worked on, will envisage compulsory registration of all prepaid SIM card users.
This is according to Tatjana Andan, who heads the Electronic Communications Department in the Ministry of Trade, Tourism and Telecommunications.
