Konstantinos Karamanlis: “Am I the right-winger? And who are the Leftists?”

It has been 50 years since the founding declaration of New Democracy on October 4, 1974. The declaration was signed solely by Konstantinos Karamanlis, just two and a half months after his return to Greece, following 11 years of self-imposed “exile” in Paris. Thus, the party was established, which, along with PASOK, became the two main pillars of the post-dictatorial Greek Republic.

Turkish FM meets business community, politicians in N Macedonia

Türkiye's Foreign Minister, Hakan Fidan, engaged with various members of the business community, politicians, and representatives of non-governmental organizations (NGOs) during his visit to North Macedonia on Thursday.

His visit included meetings with the Turkish community in Skopje, as reported by the Turkish Foreign Ministry on X.

Turkey reiterates its continued support to Libyan Government

Turkey's deputy foreign minister reiterated Ankara's continued support on Nov. 12 for the Libyan Government National Unity and the political process.

Sedat Önal spoke at an International Conference on Libya in Paris that was co-chaired by France, Germany and Italy. He said it was very important that Libyans joined the group.
