In a significant breakthrough, the suspected mastermind behind the brutal murders of a 14-year-old girl from Skopje and a 74-year-old man from Veles, identified as Ljupcho Palevski-Palcho, has been apprehended in Turkey, announced North Macedonia's Interior Minister, Oliver Spasovski, during an urgent press conference.

Despite the potential security threat posed by their return, which all three countries say they are taking seriously, experts warn that these people cannot be reintegrated only by the political centre; the local communities where they live must play an even greater role.

This is when attackers secretly alter communications between two sides and steal key information, such as passwords, messages or credit card numbers.
