The 22-year-old, who survived the Hamas attack near the Re’im kibbutz in Israel, took her own life in her apartment.
Shirel Golan, who turned 22 today, had been suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), according to her family, and had been hospitalized twice.

Montenegrin Honour For Thaci Outrages Serbs
The mainly ethnic town of Ulcinj on the coast of Montenegro says it will declare Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama and Kosovo Foreign Minister Hashim Thaci honorary citizens at a ceremony scheduled for Saturday.
The Mayor of Ulcinj, Fatmir Djeka, revealed the decision, and officials say top Montenegrin officials, including President Filip Vujanovic, will be in attendance.

Montenegro Plans to Legalize Gay Marriages
Montenegro's government on Monday announced that the country will allow same-sex marriages in the near future.
Jovan Kojicic, Human Rights Adviser to the Prime Minister, said Montenegro was drawing up the legal framework to permit same-sex partners to legalize their relationships soon.
