7 security officials wounded during bomb disposal in Turkey's southeast

Seven security officials have been wounded in an explosion that took place as a bomb squad was trying to dispose of a bomb placed by outlawed Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) militants in the Sur district of southeastern Diyarbak?r province. 

The blast occurred at 5 p.m. on Jan. 20 on Nazif Street of Sur's Dabano?lu neighborhood. 

Three security officers killed, 10 wounded in clashes in Turkey's southeast

Three security officers have been killed while 10 police officers have been wounded in clashes with the outlawed Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) in the southeastern Turkish provinces of Diyarbak?r and ??rnak.

PKK militants attacked a police shuttle vehicle with a rocket launcher at 6:30 p.m. on Jan. 18 in ??rnak's central Yeni Mahalle neighborhood.

Police officer and soldier killed in southeastern town

One police officer was killed on Jan. 16 after being injured in clashes between security forces and outlawed Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) militants in the Sur district of Diyarbak?r, southeast Turkey.

The 35-year-old officer, Ali Bulduk, died at the Diyarbak?r Military Hospital and his body was sent to the southern province of Adana for his funeral.

Three soldiers have been killed and one has been wounded in clashes with the outlawed Kurdistan Workers?
