A Bucharest court on Thursday jailed Mihai Vlasov, president of the Romanian Chamber of Commerce, CRCI, for five years after he was caught red handed receiving a 200,000 euro bribe.

The money he received from a businessman was allegedly the first tranche of 1 million euro - payment for his intervention at the Court of Arbitrage, which works under the CRCI's umbrella.
