Sofia residents staged a demonstration in front of the Romanian Embassy on Sunday to show their solidarity with Romanian protesters.

The action began at 17:00 local time (EET), after days of protests in Romania against a decree which decriminalizes abuse of office worth less than EUR 44 000.

Engineer Corneliu Birtok Baneasa won the gold medal of the International Exhibition of Inventions of Geneva and the special mentions of the delegations of Iran and of the Republic of Moldova, for his "Good Fill" system to fill the cars with windshield washer fluid in the gas station.

Romanian embassy marks holiday with reception

BELGRADE -- Romania lends strong support to Serbia, both on political and technical levels, along its EU accession pathway, says Romanian Ambassador to Serbia Daniel Banu.
