Serbia, Russia Sign Military Cooperation Plan for 2016
BELGRADE - Russia and Serbia signed a plan on Tuesday that sets out agenda for military cooperation between the two partners throughout 2016, the Serbia's Defense Ministry said.
The bilateral deal was inked in Belgrade by Serbian Ministry's international cooperation chief Milan Konjikovac and Russia's military attache in Serbia Andrei Kindyakov.

Serbian police to ban planned anti-migrant rallies
The Serbian Ministry of Interior (MUP) will ban anti-migrant gatherings planned for August 31 "by organizations such are Dveri, Nasi and Obraz."

Minister: No indication of terrorist attacks
Serbian Ministry of the Interior (MUP) has no indication that a terrorist attack on Serbia is being prepared, Nebojsa Stefanovic said on Sunday.
But he added that "objective reasons for concern do exist."

Number of asylum-seekers in Serbia quadrupled in two years
The number of foreign nationals who sought asylum in Serbia has risen from 5,066 in 2013 to more than 22,148 in the first five months of this year alone.
This data was presented by Senior Protection Officer at the UN's refugee agency UNHCR in Belgrade Anne-Birgitte Krum-Hansen on Monday, citing the data of the Serbian Ministry of the Interior (MUP).
