Officials and politicians in Serbia on Sunday condemned Podgorica's decision to ban ceremonies marking the 100th anniversary of the unification of Serbia and Montenegro.

Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic said he doesn't understand the decision, which he said prohibits people in Montenegro from "thinking differently and having a different view of the past".

Documents from the so-called Paradise Papers, leaked last year, show that Serbia's Minister for Innovation and Technological Development, Nenad Popovic, has a fortune of least 75 million US dollars, the Crime and Corruption Reporting Network, KRIK, revealed on Monday.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine has condemned the visit of a group of Serbian Assembly members ("people's deputies") to Crimea.

Kiev also summoned the Serbian ambassador to Ukraine and asked him to provide "explanations regarding the matter."

BELGRADE - The economic cooperation between Serbia and Russia sees a stable growth year after year, but it is still far from reaching the potential provided by the strategic agreements signed by the two countries, leader of the opposition Serbian People's Party (SNP) Nenad Popovic and Russia's Ambassador to Serbia Alexander Chepurin said on Friday.

Serbia has a total of 101 political parties registered, and the last one entered in the Register of Political Parties is the Serbian People's Party, headed by Nenad Popovic.
