Turkish bodies cannot be linked to Zarrab probe in US: Trade minister
The arrest of Reza Zarrab cannot be linked to the Turkish state's Halkbank, Trade Minister Bülent Tüfenkçi said on March 22, adding that U.S. investigators had not demanded any information or documents regarding the issue.

State-owned tea firm fined 220,000 liras for 'insulting ayran' in ads
Turkey's Customs and Trade Ministry has fined a state-owned firm 220,000 Turkish Liras for "insulting ayran" in an advertisement for iced tea.
In addition to the fine, the ministry also decided to halt advertisements of Didi, an iced tea product produced by the state-owned Çaykur.

Turkish ministry rejects jet oil transfer to Israel
The Customs and Trade Ministry has rejected claims that Turkey has provided jet fuel to Israel after a media report alleged that a tanker carried oil from Ä°skenderun and Mersin ports.
The report by daily Aydınlık claimed âMariner A,â a Malta registered ship, has carried oil to Israelâs Haifa port seven times since June 3.

Customs and Trade Ministry officials have denied that the retail draft law that requires all shopping malls to include places of worship will lead to an extension of alcohol restrictions.
