PRIŠTINA -- Kosovo President Atifete Jahjaga has proposed that the mandate of EULEX be extended and a special court for war crimes committed by the KLA to be established.
This is according to the Priština-based Albanian language daily Koha Ditore.

Queen Marija Karađorđević "rehabilitated"
BELGRADE -- The High Court in Belgrade on Monday announced that it reached a decision to "rehabilitate" Queen Marija Karađorđević of Yugoslavia.
The court also declared null and void a decree from 1947 that stripped her of citizenship and property.

Former retail chain director detained upon return to country
BELGRADE -- The pre-trial chamber of the Belgrade High Court has placed Slobodan Radulović in detention, as proposed by the Prosecution for Organized Crime.
Radulović is the former director of the C Market retail chain, as suggested by the prosecution.
Plovdiv Court Suspends Muslim Property Case
Bulgaria's Plovdiv regional court suspended a case involving the claim of the Chief Mufti's Office on four waqf properties in the city.
According to Bulgaria's public radio BNR, the court granted a request of Krasimir Ruev, lawyer of the Mufti's Office, to temporary suspend the case for the duration of the court dispute on the same properties with the Sunni Muslims organization.

Petrovic: SLS to back establishment of war crimes court
PRISTINA - The leader of Kosovo's Independent Liberal Party (SLS) Slobodan Petrovic said on Friday that the party will vote for a ratification of an extension of Eulex's mandate and establishment of a special war crimes court.
Court Gives Go-Ahead to Macedonian Disputed Lustration Law
The court on Wednesday flatly rejected all motions filed against the government backed law refusing to discuss the 14 disputed provisions that mainly tackled the time span of the law and the range of professions subjected to checkups.
“A procedure is not opened for the articles 1, 3, 4, 14, 15, 18, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 33, 36 and 40” the court’s press service informed briefly.
