BELGRADE -- Russian Ambassador Aleksandr Chepurin says Serbia's response to the events in Crimea was proper, and did not harm relations between Belgrade and Moscow.
Eurocontrol Suspends Flights To And Above Crimea
The European Organization for the Safety of Air Navigation (Eurocontrol) has suspended all flights to and above Crimea, “until further notice”.
According to ITAR-TASS, the organization explained its decision by the fact that the airspace over Crimea, is no longer controlled by Ukrainian air traffic controllers.

UN Bans Japan's Antarctic Whaling
The International Court of Justice (ICJ) at the UN has decided that Japan must halt whaling activities in the Antarctic.
Authorities in Tokyo announced they accept the ICJ's ruling, which is legally binding.
