British jets strike ISIL in northern Syria in coordination with Turkey: Turkish military

British fighter jets under the U.S.-led anti-Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) coalition conducted air strikes in northern Syria on Jan. 18, the Turkish army has said, noting that it marked the first coalition air strike in a long time.

Two Turkish soldiers lost in Syria killed: Military

Two Turkish soldiers who went missing in action during the Turkish Armed Forces' Euphrates Shield Operation in Syria in November 2016 have been confirmed to have been killed, state-run Anadolu Agency reported on Jan. 10.

The military announced late on Nov. 29, 2016, that contact with two soldiers deployed in Syria as part of the operation had been lost. 

One Turkish soldier, 37 ISIL militants killed in Syria's al-Bab

One Turkish soldier has been killed in clashes with the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) in Syria's al-Bab as part of Turkey's ongoing Euphrates Shield Operation, while 37 ISIL militants were killed in Turkish airstrikes, the Turkish military said in a statement on Jan. 7. 

Turkey told US support in ISIL fight insufficient: Presidential spokesperson

Criminal complaint filed against Sabah over slander

A request has also been filed to block access to links to the story regarding the Fethullahist Terror Organization (FETÖ).

Turkey, Russia continue joint airstrikes against ISIL near al-Bab

Turkish and Russian warplanes have struck Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) positions near Syria's al-Bab, a strategic town Turkey and Turkey-backed Free Syrian Army (FSA) elements are trying to capture from the jihadist group, the Turkish Armed Forces said in a written statement early Jan. 2. 

Russia hits ISIL in al-Bab on Turkish military intelligence

Russian military jets have hit Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) targets near al-Bab after receiving intelligence from the Turkish military.

The Turkish Armed Forces said on Dec. 30 Russian aircraft had carried out three air strikes against ISIL in the area of al-Bab and south of the town in northern Syria, killing 12 of the militants.
