Deputy Head of Bulgaria's Refugee Agency 'Also Fired'
Bulgarian Prime Minister Boyko Borisov has sacked Aleksandar Dimitrov as deputy chairman of the State Agency for Refugees (SAR), news website Dnevnik.bg quotes government sources as saying.
Earlier this week, Nikola Kazakov was dismissed as head of the SAR, along with the agency's Chief Secretary, Zlatko Aleksandrov.
Missing Bulgarian Student in Nepal Is Well, Contacts Parents
The 26-year-old Aleksandar Dimitrov, who was declared missing after the disastrous earthquake, which hit Nepal on Saturday, established contact with his mother on Monday and explained that he is alive and healthy.
He has spent the past three days in a tent camp, where he did not have opportunity to contact his relatives, private NOVA TV station reports.
Young Bulgarian Missing after Nepal Earthquake
A 25-year-old Bulgarian is now missing in Nepal after a devastating tremor which hit the country on Saturday, his relatives say.
The information was first revealed through Google's Person Finder tool which was launched after the earthquake to help people in Nepal and from across the globe track friends and family members.
