Following the crime of the KLA ("Kosovo Liberation Army") committed against Serbs on March 24, 1998, the Commander of the Rznic police station, Miodrag Otovic, and one of his colleague went to arrest Haradinaj, who stormed out of his house, shooting at the police officers and killing Otovic.

"Kosovo will be debated in UN regardless of what UK wants"
He added that Kosovo would surely be debated in the council in the future, Beta agency reported.
Commenting on the decision by the United Kingdom, which holds the presidency of the UN Security Council in August, not to discuss Kosovo in August, Djuric described the decision as a diplomatic mobilization of those supporting Kosovo's independence.

Serbian Defense Minister Aleksandar met on Monday in Moscow with Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) Secretary General Yuri Khachaturov.
The meeting, held at the CSTO headquarters, considered the possibilities and perspectives of future cooperation, while Vulin and Khachaturov "exchanged stances" on current security and political situation in the region and in the world.
