Galatasaray was the busiest Turkish club on the final day of the summer transfer window, which ended at midnight on Aug. 31, sending away five players and bringing in two new names.

Turkish Spor Toto Super League champions Galatasaray beat Bursaspor 3-2 to lift the 2014-15 Ziraat Turkish Cup at the Bursa Atatürk Stadium in Bursa on June 3.

The Crocodiles, who were bidding to win their first cup in 28 years, took the lead when Fernandao scored from the spot in the 25th minute following a foul by Galatasaray left-back Alex Telles.
