Turkish Stream Could Suffer Delays, Russia Energy Min Admits
Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak has said construction of the so-called Turkish Stream gas pipeline might begin later than planned.
There is a risk not to start building the pipeline's first section on schedule the intergovernmental agreement is not signed in time, Novak is quoted by RIA Novosti as saying.

Russia, Greece Sign Memorandum on Construction of Turkish Stream Pipeline
Russia and Greece signed on Friday an intergovernmental cooperation memorandum on the construction of a continuation of the Turkish Stream pipeline on Greek territory.
The document was signed by Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak and his Greek counterpart Panagiotis Lafazanis during the Saint Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF).

Greek Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras was in St. Petersburg on Thursday for talks on energy cooperation, particularly the country’s interest in extending the “Turkish stream” pipeline through the country, the so-called “Greek stream”.

Gazprom Deputy Director Alexander Medvedev said in Moscow on June 9 that talks with Serbia on the Turkish Stream were continuing - but did not specify details.

Gas to Start Flowing Through Turkish Stream in Dec 2016 - Gazprom
Gazprom announced on Thursday that gas deliveries through the Turkish Stream pipeline will start in December of next year.
"We had very efficient and crucial talks today. It was agreed to bring onstream Turkish Stream and to start gas supplies in December 2016," Gazprom CEO Alexey Miller said in a company statement.
