The outlawed Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) has released three reporters working for Turkey's state-run Anadolu Agency after abducting them in the Nusaybin district of the southeastern province of Mardin.

A curfew has entered its tenth day in the southeastern district of Nusaybin on Nov. 22, while the curfew was ended in the Lice district of the southeastern province of Diyarbak?r. 

Four Peoples' Democratic Party (HDP) deputies have started a hunger strike to protest the days-long curfew in the southeastern town of Nusaybin, with the military operation still ongoing in the district.

Deputies from Armenian, Syriac, Yazidi, Mhallami and Roma origins, who secured seats in the June 7 election, have all preserved their seats in the Nov. 1 election, weekly Agos has reported.

Turkey?s Roma and Yazidi populations will be represented in parliament for the first time, as main opposition Republican People?s Party (CHP) Roma candidate Özcan Purçu and Peoples? Democratic Party (HDP) Yazidi candidates Feleknas Uca and Ali Atalan all secured seats in the June 7 elections.
