US Blames Kosovo for Violence in North as Disputed Mayors Enter Offices
One day after new Albanian mayors took their oaths of office in Serb-majority municipalities in the north of Kosovo, violence erupted between local Serbs and the police as locals attempted to stop the new mayors from entering their municipal buildings.
Amid Border Tensions, Kosovo Police Deny Beating Serbs
Kosovo's police inspectorate did not make clear on Friday whether or not it intends to further investigate the alleged beating by police of three ethnic Serbs near the border with Serbia, where tensions are high amid continuing protests parked by a dispute between Pristina and Belgrade over vehicle licence plates.

He added that the Serious Crime Department of the Pristina Basic Court is going to implement the mentioned order.
He confirmed for the Pristina based Klan Kosova TV that two people were arrested and that a search for a third person is underway.
He identified the third individual as Zeljko Bojic.
Kosovo Arrests Two over Serb Politician Ivanovic’s Murder
Kosovo police said they arrested two suspects - one of them a police officer - in the Serb-majority north of Mitrovica early on Wednesday morning in connection with the unsolved murder of Oliver Ivanovic in January 2018.
Another suspect, also a policeman, is also wanted for arrest, police added.

Kosovo police arrested five Turkish nationals on Thursday, three in Gjakova/Djakovica and two others in Pristina, all of whom work for Mehmet Akif schools in Kosovo.

Two Serbs Found Dead in Kosovo Village
The two Serbs' bodies were discovered in the village of Babimost/Babin Most in central Kosovo on Monday evening, said Kosovo Police.
"The medical team at the crime scene found the victims were dead, while an investigation into the case is ongoing," said police spokesperson Baki Kelani.

Kosovars, Albanians Arrested On Terrorism-Related Charges

BELGRADE - Police in Kosovo and Albania say they have arrested nearly a dozen people on suspicion of committing terrorism-related offenses.
Kosovar police said on November 5 that they had arrested seven people in various parts of Kosovo for alleged involvement in "terrorism and acts against the constitutional order and security of Kosovo."

Police: About 120 IS fighters returned to Kosovo
There are currently about 120 persons in Kosovo who returned from the ranks of so-called Islamic State (IS), Kosovo police spokesperson Baki Kelani has said.
The persons in question had been taking part in the fighting in Syria and Iraq at various times since 2011, Pristina-based Albanian language daily Zeri is quoted by Serbia's state broadcaster RTS on Monday.
