WASHINGTON -- Serbia is a bright spot on the map of the Western Balkans, U.S. Deputy Assistant Secretary for European and Eurasian Affairs Hoyt Brian Yee has said.
Speaking in the U.S. Congress, he also stated that "what is most encouraging Serbia's commitment to the Brussels dialogue with Pristina."
