Chinese Entrepreneurs to Build Forage Factory in Northeastern Bulgaria

Chinese entrepreneurs will build a large forage factory in northeastern Bulgaria.

The factory, which will be located in the breadbasket of Bulgaria - the region of Dobrudja, will process forage plants for export.

This was announced by Bulgarian Agriculture Minister Desislava Taneva after business meetings at the international economic forum in the Chinese city of Suzhou.

European Commissioner for Agriculture and Rural Development Phil Hogan will pay a visit to Bulgaria on Friday at the invitation of Agriculture Minister Desislava Taneva.

Apart from meeting with Taneva, Hogan will also hold talks with Bulgarian President Rosen Plevneliev, Prime Minister Boyko Borisov as well as MPs from the parliamentary Agriculture and Foods Committee.
