Balkan countries should not tolerate efforts by the network of U.S.-based Islamic preacher Fethullah Gülen to infiltrate their societies, Deputy Prime Minister Hakan Çavuşoğlu said on April 25. 

Deputy PM and Minister of Trade, Tourism and Telecommunications Rasim Ljajic spoke on Sunday in Bursa with Turkey's Deputy Prime Minister Hakan Cavusoglu.

They discussed "improving the overall economic relations of the two countries and the implementation of infrastructure projects," the Serbian government announced.

Recep Tayyip Erdogan will be the first Turkish president to visit Greece in 65 years, the country's deputy Prime Minister Hakan Cavusoglu said on Thursday, adding he expected the trip to improve bilateral ties between Athens and Ankara.

In response to Turkish overflights over the Imia islets in the eastern Aegean on Friday and Ankara's comments regarding a joint military exercise by Greece and Egypt on the the island of Rhodes, the Greek Foreign Ministry urged Turkey to adhere to international law in a statement. 

Turkey’s Vice President, Hakan Cavusoglu is expected to visit Greece, on Thursday, November 2.

Ankara and Athens sources confirm Cavusoglu’s meeting with the Greek PM, Alexis Tsipras, with the FM Nikos Kotzias and with Education minister, Costas Gavroglou.
