Harry Potter: The TV series will delve deeper into the famous books

Speaking to Variety during the first day of the Mipcom exhibition in Cannes, Warner Bros. TV Group’s President and CEO, Channing Dungey, shared that “the TV project is progressing quite well.”

“Our fantastic writing team is in place and doing what they need to do. Casting is already underway in the UK and Ireland,” Dungey added.
