Vucevic: Serbia-Czechia relations at highest point in recent history

BELGRADE - The relations between Serbia and Czechia have reached the highest point of development in recent history thanks to, above all, mutual understanding, trust and a committed strengthening of the partnership, Serbian PM Milos Vucevic said at a meeting with Czech FM Jan Lipavsky in Belgrade on Friday.

BELGRADE - Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic met with Czech FM Jan Lipavsky in Belgrade on Friday, raising concerns over the increasingly difficult position of Serbs in the Autonomous Province of Kosovo-Metohija and requesting support and stepped-up engagement from Prague and other European capitals towards protecting the safety and the rights of Serbs in the province.

Djuric, Czech FM discuss bilateral relations, situation in Kosovo-Metohija

BELGRADE - Serbian FM Marko Djuric spoke with Czech counterpart Jan Lipavsky by phone on Tuesday.

The parties noted the good relations between the two countries, the Serbian MFA said in a statement.

Djuric thanked Czechia for supporting Serbia on its path to full EU membership and noted that the support was of great importance in the accession process.

Gerapetritis to visit Prague for talks with Czech counterpart on Thursday

Foreign Minister George Gerapetritis will to travel to Prague on Thursday for talks with his Czech counterpart, Jan Lipavsky.

The ministry said that the two ministers will issue joint statements at noon, following extensive discussions between their respective delegations. A working lunch is set to follow the talks.
