Mr. Jason King has been appointed Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Telenor Bulgaria of PPF Group effective 1 September 2018. PPF Group today announces that it has agreed with Telenor to buy their telecommunications assets in Central and Eastern Europe, specifically in Hungary, Bulgaria, Serbia and Montenegro.

The transaction includes Telenors wholly-owned mobile operations in Hungary, Bulgaria, Montenegro and Serbia and the technology service provider Telenor Common Operation, a statement said.

Norwegian telecommunications operater Telenor on Wednesday said that it is selling its mobile operations in Bulgaria, Montenegro, Serbia and Hungary, as well as the technology service provider Telenor Common Operation.
