Festival Selector Tue Steen Mueller from Denmark picked excellent, modern documentaries for this year's festival, originating from the Netherlands, the UK, Spain, Denmark, Portugal, Finland and France.

Cristiano Ronaldo Wins Ballon d'Or Award for Third Time
Cristiano Ronaldo won the FIFA Ballon d'Or 2014 annual award for the second year running on Monday.
This is the third time the Portugal forward has grabbed the trophy awarded by FIFA and France Football magazine after winning it in 2008 and 2013.

US Sports Academy names Djokovic Athlete of the Year
NEW YORK - The US Sports Academy has named world number one tennis player Novak Djokovic Athlete of the Year.
Djokovic was picked among a whole range of stars, like Lionel Messi, Floyd Mayweather, Rafael Nadal, Rory McIlroy and Peyton Manning.
The US Sports Academy chose Russian tennis player Maria Sharapove as Female Athlete of the Year.
