Thousands of refugees back out in the cold
It wasn't too cold the first night Marie spent on the streets of downtown Athens even though it was already early December. She had a small school bag with some milk, biscuits, diapers and baby wipes. She had been planning to spend the night in the courtyard of Agios Panteleimonas Church, but felt that she would be safer in Victoria Square, where there were police officers, so she went there.

Grief for British widower as South Australia refutes his Santorini same-sex marriage
British Marco and David Bulmer-Rizzi exchanged vows in front of family and friends on the isle of Santorini, Greece, after registering their marriage in South London in June 2015 following five years of being together. Soon after their marriage, the newlyweds visited friends in Adelaide when David fell down a flight of stairs and cracked his skull.
