NEW YORK - At Wednesday's UN Security Council session on Kosovo-Metohija, Serbia will request strong implementation of the Brussels Agreement and establishment of a Community of Serb Municipalities, as well as zero tolerance for Pristina's unilateral and uncoordinated moves aimed at ethnic cleansing of Serbs, Serbian FM Marko Djuric announced on Tuesday.

BELGRADE - Serbian FM Marko Djuric will be representing Serbia at Wednesday's UN Security Council session on the UN secretary general's report on the work of UNMIK - the UN mission in Kosovo-Metohija - for the period between March 16 and September 15.

The UNSC session in New York is scheduled for 4 pm CET, the Serbian MFA said in a statement.

BELGRADE - Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic welcomed European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen at a ceremony outside the Palace of Serbia in Belgrade.

Von der Leyen, who has arrived on a two-day working visit to Serbia, was also greeted by Serbian FM Marko Djuric and Minister for European Integration Tanja Miscevic.

Responding to questions from reporters at a press conference with Slovak FM Juraj Blanar, Djuric noted that reports to the contrary by some media outlets were untrue.
