Djokovic beats Nadal at Paris Olympics
PARIS - Serbia's Novak Djokovic is through to the third round of the men's tennis singles event at the Olympic tournament in Paris after a 6-1, 6-4 victory over Spaniard Rafael Nadal on Monday afternoon.
Djokovic, who won after an hour and 44 minutes of play on the Roland Garros centre court, is now 31-29 head-to-head against Nadal.

Tsitsipas glides past Zhang into French Open fourth round
Greek Stefanos Tsitsipas cruised past China's Zhang Zhizhen 6-3 6-3 6-1 on Friday, reaching the fourth round of the French Open for the sixth year in a row.
The finalist in 2021 sent more than 30 winners to wrap up the match in just 91 minutes, setting up a meeting with Italian Matteo Arnaldi, who stunned sixth seed Andrey Rublev earlier on Friday.
Ruud and Tsitsipas reach Barcelona semis, one step away from another title clash
Casper Ruud and Stefanos Tsitsipas won to advance to the Barcelona Open semifinals on Friday, keeping them on course to meet in a second straight final.
Ruud beat Matteo Arnaldi 6-4, 6-3 to notch his season-leading 27th win. The sixth-ranked Norwegian has two more wins than Jannik Sinner.
Tsitsipas saved two match points to rally past Facundo Díaz 4-6, 6-3, 7-6 (8).
