Tijana Vasic, the former sister-in-law of Milan Ivanovic, told Belgrade Higher Court on Monday that the defendant was at home with his family when the massacre of Kosovo Albanians in which he was allegedly involved took place in April 1999.

"After being stabbed in the left lumbar region and lower chest, he was urgently operated due to heavy bleeding. The bleeding has stopped and he is now in intensive care unit", Ivanovic told Tanjug news agency.

Serb teenager stabbed near K. Mitrovica bridge

KOSOVSKA MITROVICA -- A 17-year-old Serb boy who was stabbed in the chest near the bridge on the Ibar River in Kosovska Mitrovica is in a stable condition after he underwent surgery.

KOSOVSKA MITROVICA- Doctor Milan Ivanovic, acting director of the health center in Kosovska Mitrovica, said on Friday that several days ago the Kosovo customs service at the Jarinje crošing made hemodialysis materials bound for this center unfit for use.

KOSOVSKA MITROVICA - Head of the Health Centre in Kosovska Mitrovica Dr Milan Ivanovic said on Tuesday that the surgical and blood transfusion programme of that institution in northern Kosovo was under threat, because the Kosovo customs had confiscated medicines a few days earlier.
