Hisart Museum to reopen with new face
The Hisart Live History Museum, which houses 1,500-year-old historical artifacts in Istanbul's Kağıthane district, will reopen on Feb. 1 after a renovation process.
Founded by Nejat Çuhadaroğlu, the renewed face of the museum was launched on Jan. 19.

Famous Turkish actor becomes minimalist, moves to hotel
Defending a minimalist lifestyle, famous Turkish actor Nejat İşler has started living in a hotel room in Istanbul, saying that "life has fit in a backpack."
İşler, who was living in Bodrum, a world-renowned tourism hotspot in the southwestern province of Muğla, for over a decade, noted that he has currently moved to a hotel in Istanbul.
Journey through historical events at Hisart Live History Museum
The Hisart Live History Museum takes visitors of all ages on a journey through the pages of history for six years with its numerous artifacts and sections dealing with historical events.
Speaking to the state-run Anadolu Agency on the occasion of Museum Week, Nejat Çuhadaroğlu, the founder of the museum in Istanbul's Çağlayan neighborhood, told the story of the museum.
