Ukraine Crisis Needs 20,000-Strong U.N. Force
The United Nations should consider a force of some 20,000 soldiers from non-NATO countries and 4,000 police to help resolve the crisis in Ukraine, according to a new report to be presented to top officials this week.

Russia-US talks in Belgrade on Ukraine "accomplish nothing"
The Beta agency is reporting on Monday that Volker told "the international portal Politico" in an interview that his third face-to-face meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin's adviser Vladislav Surkov "accomplished nothing" and represented "a step back."
Of the three meetings between the envoys, two took place in Serbia's capital, the last earlier this month.
