Prosecutor's Office to Indict Appellate Court Chair
Veselin Pengezov, who heads the Sofia Appellate Court, is to be indicted by Sofia's Military District Prosecutor's Office on Monday.
Pengezov was earlier summoned to Bulgaria's State Agency for National Security (DANS), where he is to appear later during the day, Dariknews.bg has reported.
Sofia Appelate Court Chair to be Tried over EU Funds
Veselin Pengezov, Chair of the Sofia Appelate Court, has been summoned by Sofia Military District Prosecutor's Office to de indicted over misuse of European funds.
Petko Petrov, who chairs the Military Appelate Court, will be indicted on the same charge. The terms of both men are to end June 9, and both were pointed as likely to have another term in office.

The identity of the perpetrator of the 2012 Burgas bus bombing has been revealed, according to Bulgarian Chief Prosecutor Sotir Tsatsarov.
Tsatsarov said that he could not disclose more details about the persons related to the terror act at the Sarafovo Airport which killed seven, including five Israeli tourists, the Bulgarian bus driver and the alleged suicide bomber.

The majority of employed Bulgarians despise the leading politicians and want early elections.
A survey of one of the major Bulgarian trade unions, KNSB, among 1000 employed Bulgarians aged 15-64 years, shows that 68% of them think that the political situation in the country is very bad.
