Brothers Slobodan and Srecko Martinovic and Svetlana Stojanovic were acquitted of mistreating two Kosovo Albanians from the town of Novoberdo during the war in April 1999.

Three Serbs acquitted of war crime charges
PRISTINA - The mixed trial chamber of the Pristina Basic Court acquitted on Thursday three Serbs of charges that they committed a war crime during the conflicts in Kosovo-Metohija in 1999.
Brothers Slobodan and Srecko Martinovic and Svetlana Stojanovic were acquitted of charges due to lack of evidence, Srecko Martinovic's lawyer Dejan Vasic told Tanjug.

Court extends house arrest for lawyers Korenica and Vasic
BELGRADE - Judge of the EULEX Special Court in Kosovska Mitrovica Paulo Teixeira extended the house arrest for lawyers Dejan Vasic and Faruk Korenica because of the risk of them exerting influence on witnesses in the ongoing proceedings.
Lawyer Vasic told Tanjug on Friday that he will appeal the decision on extension of house arrest.
Appellate Court orders home detention for attorneys
KOSOVSKA MITROVICA - The Appellate Court in Pristina has put in home detention two attorneys from Kosovska Mitrovica, Dejan A. Vasic and Faruk Korenica, who are suspected of influencing and threatening witnesses in the ongoing court proceedings.
