Turkey-Greece Island Dispute (BBC VIDEO)
A Turkish cargo ship ran aground on a tiny rocky island in the Aegean Sea in December 1995. But a dispute between Turkey and Greece over who owned the island sovereignty almost brought the two nations to war. Agreement still hasn’t been reached over the territory called Kardak by the Turks and Imia by the Greeks.

Intervention: 25 measures by SYRIZA gov't to right wrongs
The Greek Radical Left Coalition (SYRIZA) government has chartered a series of 25 tax measures against corruption and tax evasion. These measures seek to find justice and reparation for a series of scandals that have remained unresolved since 2000. The party has also committed to confiscate property that has not been registered in Greece and abroad.
Pangalos blasted over comments on Dourou, Glezos
Former Deputy Prime Minister Theodoros Pangalos sparked a row on Tuesday by calling for SYRIZAs candidate for the Attica governorship Rena Dourou to pose in a bikini.
Speaking on Vima FM, Pangalos voiced his objection to fly-posting by Dourous campaign team.
Is she putting her poster up because she thinks she is good-looking?» said the ex-PASOK veteran.

Pangalos to press charges against leftist daily
Socialist veteran Theodoros Pangalos said on Monday that he plans to press charges against Avgi newspaper for reporting that, as foreign minister, he turned in Kurdish guerrilla leader Abdullah Ocalan to the Turkish intelligence service in 1999.
