Contemporary History Museum spotlights anti-fascist paintings
Paintings created by the Slovenian painter, graphic artist, illustrator, and sculptor Tone Kralj (1900-1975) during the Second World War are on display at the National Museum of Contemporary History in what is the museum's largest temporary exhibition this year.
Days of Jožef Stefan kick off online
Ljubljana – Days of Jožef Stefan will kicked off online yesterday with Jožef Stefan Institute (IJS) head Boštjan Zalar addressing the opening ceremony. Until Saturday several lectures and other events will be held to popularise science and honour the memory of the famous physicist that gave the name to Slovenia’s top research institute.

Art-Lovers Glimpse City’s Hidden Treasures
An exhibition of a hundred works from the collection of the Museum of Contemporary Art, MSUB, representing the early phase of the Yugoslav modernism from 1900 to 1945, opened on March 29th in front of an audience of several hundred at the Museum of Yugoslav History. Many were young people eager to see the works for the first time.
