Serbia will be represented at the session by Foreign Minister Nikola Selakovi, while Vjosa Osmani, President of the interim Kosovo institutions, will represent Kosovo.

The UN Secretary-General's report on the work of UNMIK for the period 16 May 2019 to 15 September this year will be discussed at the session.

The online dictionary, which was published on Thursday in Pristina, contains 40,000 words and was presented as a tool for young Kosovo Albanians and Serbs to learn other's language, which they have not done in schools since the break-up of Yugoslavia.

UNMIK head Zahir Tanin told a UN Security Council meeting on Monday that Kosovo police had violated the rights of two of its staff, arrested on May 28 in an operation against organized crime in the Serb-run north of Kosovo.

This was stated in a statement issued by UNMIK to Tanjug.

Because of this, families of Serb victims have requested an urgent reaction from international officials.

Veljko Odalovic was not permitted to enter after being kept for several hours at the Jarinje administrative crossing, representatives of the Association of Families of Missing, Kidnapped and Killed Persons in Kosovo and Metohija said in a statement on Friday.
