BELGRADE - Representatives of the opposition Serbia Against Violence coalition walked out of Thursday's meeting with the ruling coalition on implementation of ODIHR recommendations.

At a press conference in the lobby of the parliament building, the representatives did not elaborate on whether they would take part in further dialogue on the matter.

BELGRADE - Several Serbian opposition parties, including the Democratic Party, the Party of Freedom and Justice and the Green-Left Front, on Monday submitted a formal demand for early parliamentary elections and early local elections in Belgrade before the end of this year.

The demand was submitted at the Presidency of Serbia in central Belgrade.

"Novosti" writes that DS Leader Zoran Lutovac, who is committed to both things, has started losing the closest associates.

Speaking of her decision to propose the bills, Comic said that the dilemma was whether she was advocating her party's policy of promoting women's rights and the presence of women in decision making posts in politics or the party decision to boycott parliament.
