Alicia’s Time exhibition opens in Ankara
Mexican Embassy in the Turkish capital Ankara hosted a photo exhibition on March 4, reflecting the famous novel 'Alice in Wonderland' by Lewis Carroll, which will remain open for a month until March 28.
The exhibition is organized with the collaboration of Çankaya Municipality in the capital.

Karlov's attacker refused to go through X-ray, entered with police ID: Municipality
The man who killed Russian Ambassador Andrey Karlov on Dec. 19 at an arts center in Ankara was warned by security personnel at the entrance to the venue after he refused to proceed through an X-ray device but was subsequently granted entry after he showed his police ID, according to the local municipality.
Parrot trapped in shuttered news agency in Turkey
A parrot has been left trapped in a news agency that was shut down over its alleged links to the outlawed Kurdistan Workers' Agency (PKK) after Turkish authorities shuttered the office even though the bird remained inside.

Greek film days in Ankara
The Greek Embassy in Ankara, in collaboration with the Çankaya Municipality, will organize a five-day Greek Films Festival between April 12 and 16. The films by contemporary Greek artists will be shown at the Contemporary Arts Center in Ankara.
