Dozens of US lawmakers seek accountability from Turkey over Sheridan Circle violence
More than 70 members of the US Congress have signed a letter to the Biden administration urging it to hold Turkey accountable for the violence that erupted in Washington DC in 2017 when members of Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan's security detail attacked protesters.
Shock in America: Nikki Haley reportedly to drop out of Republican presidential race
Haley plans to speak briefly to reporters in Charleston, South Carolina, around 10 a.m. local time, where she will announce the decision, according to the American newspaper.
The decision to end the campaign comes after former US President Donald Trump won the non-party elections in 14 out of 15 US federal states last night.

He won before today's "Super Tuesday", when 16 US federal states and one US territory will vote in primary elections.
Trump won 84.6 percent of the vote, overtaking Republican competitor Nikki Haley, who previously won her first victory in the District of Columbia primary.
