Pro-ISIS Video Calls for Balkan Caliphate
A new video published on July 10 on YouTube, named "Put hilafa", which in Bosniak means "Way of caliphate", calls for the establishment of a caliphate in the Balkans - Serbia above all.
The video is no longer available because the YouTube account associated with the video has been terminated.

Greek Minister Heals Breach on Visit to Kosovo
Greek Foreign Minister Nikolaos Kotzias held a joint press conference in Pristina on Tuesday with his counterpart, Hashim Thaci, in what is seen as a landmark in relations between the two.
Greece has yet to recognize Kosovo's independence, proclaimed in 2008.

"Greece to help Kosovo join international organizations"
Greek Foreign Minister Nikolaos Kotzias has said that his country "will support Kosovo's membership in international bodies and security organizations."
In addition, Kotzias "expressed his conviction that these processes will serve stability in the region," it was announced in Pristina by the cabinet of Kosovo Prime Minister Isa Mustafa.
US Backs Serbia's EU Path, Nuland Says
Nuland said the US remained ready to support Serbia's European integration process, government officials said.
After meeting senior officials, including President Tomislav Nikolic, Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic and Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic, Nuland, who is on a Balkan tour, praised the progress that Serbia has made introducing reforms.

Greek Foreign Minister Visits Kosovo
Greek Foreign Minister Nikos Kotzias has arrived at the Kosovo capital Prishtina for an official visit.
He will be meeting with the country's Prime Minister Isa Mustafa and his colleague and Vice PM Hashim Thaci.

Balkans Floods Germany With Asylum Requests
Kosovo leads the Western Balkan countries in terms of the number of asylum seekers in Germany this year.
It was responsible for 31,400 requests over six months from January to June 2015, followed by citizens of Albania, Serbia and Macedonia, the Germany Interior Ministry said in a press release on Monday.

Police officer wounded in village of Gorazdevac in Kosovo
A member of the Kosovo police was shot and wounded at around 04:00 hours CET on Tuesday in the village of Gorazdevac in Kosovo.
According to media reports, unknown persons opened fire on a police patrol that included the wounded policeman and another colleague.
Kosovo to Reform Taxes To Help Businesses and Poor
The Kosovo government is pushing for significant tax reform, aimed at stimulating investment, as well as lowering VAT on basic consumer goods, aimed at the helping the poor.
MPs in the assembly are due to vote on the changes on Thursday.

"Pristina gambled away status of Brussels’ favorite"
Director of the Serbian Government’s Office for Kosovo and Metohija Marko Djuric says Belgrade continues activities in normalizing relations with Pristina.
This is the case "although there are plenty of problems in the implementation of what had been the agreed in the Brussels dialogue," he said on Tuesday.
Nuland to Press Serbia on Talks With Kosovo
Ahead of her arrival in Belgrade, US Deputy Secretary of State Victoria Nuland urged Serbia and Kosovo to make courageous decisions in order to achieve further progress in the EU-led dialogue process.
According to the Belgrade daily newspaper Blic, Nuland credits Serbia and Kosovo with making some progress - and the US wants 2015 to be a year of additional improvement.
