BELGRADE - Mega Leks basketball player Nikola Jokic has been proclaimed the best young player in the ABA League in the 2014-2015 season, the League published on its website on Tuesday.

This was Jokic's second year in the ABA league, and he was named the most valuable player in the regular part of this regional tournament.

PODGORICA - Partizan Belgrade lost to Buducnost Podgorica 85-79 (19-24, 24-20, 23-25, 19-10) away from home late Sunday, finishing fourth in the regular season of the regional basketball ABA league.

As a result, Partizan will face first-placed Red Star Belgrade in the playoffs.

NOVO MESTO - Belgrade's Crvena Zvezda lost to Krka from Novo Mesto 77-67 (25-13, 16-19, 16-20, 20-15) in the 21st round of the Adriatic Basketball Association (ABA) League late on Sunday.

The Belgrade team could not find a way to get around the extremely motivated hosts in Novo Mesto and suffered their first loss after 20 consecutive victories in the ABA League this season.

SREMSKA MITROVICA - The Crvena Zvezda basketball team defeated the home team of Mega Leks in Sremska Mitrovica on Sunday evening, completing the match with the result 77-75 (14-19, 27-14, 19-19, 17-23) in 18th round of the League of the Adriatic Basketball Association (ABA).

LJUBLJANA - Belgrade's Crvena Zvezda continued their winning streak in the ABA League, after beating Olimpija from Ljubljana 91-81 (19-22, 27-25, 21-22, 24-12) in their 16th match of the 2014-15 regular season late on Sunday.

BELGRADE - Belgrade basketball club Partizan has made a big step towards the Adriatic League play-offs, after defeating Zagreb-based Cedevita in Round 16 on Sunday evening 76-64 (16-7, 23-17, 21-20, 16-20).

NIS - The final tournament of the Radivoj Korac Cup will be held in Nis, the basketball club Konstantin, which organizes the event, has confirmed.

The decision was made by the Basketball Federation of Serbia (KSS) during an electronic session of its managing board.
