Alexander Beglov

The civil governor of the semi-autonomous monastic community of Mount Athos in northern Greece, Kostantinos Dimtsas, paid an official visit to Russia on Wednesday, following an invitation by the governor of Saint Petersburg, Alexander Beglov.
