Poland's Sikorski Denies Ukraine Partition Comments
Polish ex-Foreign Minister Radoslaw Sikorski has responded to an article in a US magazine where he allegedly says Russia offered Poland to annex five Ukrainian provinces.
Sikorski wrote on Twitter some of his comments had been exaggerated, though he did not specify which ones.

Top US diplomat’s special assistant to take Turkey post
The Obama administration has nominated John Bass, the former ambassador to Georgia and a special assistant to Secretary of State John Kerry, to replace the outgoing envoy Francis Ricciardone as the United Statesâ envoy to Ankara.
Bass needs the Senateâs approval to be appointed to the Turkey post. Ricciardoneâs tenure will end in July.
Polish FM Sikorski Proposed as EU Foreign Policy Chief
Poland has nominated its Foreign Minister Radoslaw Sikorski to become the next EU foreign policy chief.
The country's Prime Minister Donald Tusk was quoted by the BBC as saying that Sikorski would be a "natural candidate".
In Tusk's view, "Poland has gained such influence in foregn policy" that the position would be within the scope" of its interests.
Ukraine May Ink Economic Part of EU Association Agreement on June 27
Ukraine may sign the economic part of the EU association agreement on June 27, said EU Enlargement and Neighbourhood Policy Commissioner Stefan Fule in Kiev.
During his visit to the Ukrainian capital, he confirmed the European Parliament and the European Commission would support this step, reports Bulgaria's public broadcaster BNT.
