Government to set price cap for Covid-19 tests
The government will set a maximum price for molecular PCR and rapid antigen tests carried out in private clinics and laboratories, the Secretary General for Trade and Consumer Protection, Panagiotis Stampoulidis, announced on Friday.

COVID-19 in Bulgaria: 4382 Registered Cases, 1876 Cured
A record number of people cured of coronavirus, according to the Unified Information Portal. In the last 24 hours, 1,876 people have gone through the disease.
Greece reports 101 Covid-19 deaths, 562 intubations
The National Organization for Public Health (EODY) reported 101 new deaths from Covid-19 on Tuesday, raising the total number of fatalities since the start of the pandemic to 1,815.
The median age of those who died was 80 years.
EODY also confirmed 2,135 new infections, which drove the total number to 95,137.
Restrictions introduced as Covid-19 infections rise
With the number of confirmed coronavirus cases showing an alarming upward trend, the government has announced a fresh batch of measures to curb the spread of infections, including the decision to call off the 85th Thessaloniki International Fair that was scheduled for September 13-15.
Today 34 new cases of coronavirus, three died
In the last 24 hours, three people died, a total of 234.
808 people were hospitalized, 15 were on respirators, while 4.904 recovered.
Epidemiologist Darija Kisic Tepavcevic said after the session of the Crisis Staff that the tightening of measures was not considered and that the epidemiological course was going in the desired direction.

Results from sample virus tests expected in two weeks
The results of the sample tests to be run on 150,000 people across the country are expected to come out between 15 to 20 days.
Health Minister Fahrettin Koca announced earlier this week that Turkey will run those tests to see the extent of the spread of the coronavirus.
GCS: Unifarm concluded contract with producer in South Korea for 2,000,000 tests
Unifarm SA Company has concluded a framework contract with a producer in South Korea for the acquisition of 2,000,000 molecular diagnostic tests (Real Time Polymerase Chain Reaction - PCR), the Strategic Communication Group (GCS) informed on Sunday. According to the quoted source, next week, the first batch of 200,000 tests will be delivered to the company's warehouses.
The PCR Laboratory in Pleven will be Ready by the End of Next Week
By the end of next week, the PCR Laboratory for the establishment of COVID-19 in Pleven will be ready. The rector of the Pleven Medical University, Professor Slavcho Tomov, assured this at today's meeting of the Regional Operations Headquarters. The laboratory will be located at Second Clinic. "The research will be done by people who have experience with PCR.
