Prosecutor appeals acquittals in charity’s child abuse case

A prosecutor has appealed the acquittals of three defendants in the Kivotos tou Kosmou (Ark of the World) children's charity child abuse case, arguing the verdicts were based on a misjudgment of the evidence.

In her appeal, the prosecutor contends the defendants committed the alleged acts and should have been convicted and sentenced accordingly.
