The entrenched and embattled presidents of Venezuela and Turkey may live worlds apart, but their tenures in office are acquiring striking similarities.
Venezuela: 12 killed in riots
Twelve people were killed in Caracas overnight following two days of mass street protests against Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro’s beleaguered government.
Six people were also injured in the escalating violence, the public ministry said in a statement on Friday. The latest figures raised the total number of deaths during growing protests to 20 over the past three weeks.

Four days of exotic Venezuela in Novi Sad
NOVI SAD - The Novi Sad Culture Center will host an event celebrating the culture of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela from April 14 to 17.
The event will be opened with the traditional music and dances of the two countries- the national dance of Venezuela joropo and a devil's dance, and traditional Serbian folk dance.
